National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women in Canada

December 6, 2016 @ 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

A commemoration of the lives of the women murdered in the Montreal Massacre at Ecole Polytechnique, 1989. The event will also pay tribute to local women and women in Ontario who have been killed through gender-based violence. The event will include engaging speakers, live music from the Caledonias, a candlelight vigil and a Rose Ceremony.

Childcare, community booths and refreshments will be available.

Please note the event has been moved, this year only, to 844A Princess Street (parking available on Regent Street).
