Join us on Thursday November 13th, 2014 to share successes, identify gaps in service & explore opportunities for working together to foster healthy resilient communities throughout L & A.
When: Thursday, November 13, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Where: The Strathcona Paper Centre – 16 McPherson Dr, Lafarge Banquet Hall

We encourage representation from community organizations, health care, government, educators, and service users interested in creating healthy communities.
How will this gathering be different? This will be a very interactive and engaging day during which we’ll share successes, identify challenges and – most importantly – decide what we want to do together to foster healthy resilient communities.
