Presenter – Sarah (Stier) Earl

In her role as the manager of FSEAP Kingston, Sarah (Stier) Earl shares her belief in developing wellness strategies as part of organizational cultural shift to employee wellness, self-care and work-life balance.  She regularly provides information on a range of topics, and most enjoys working with employers and employees to educate them around the importance of wellness.  Sarah works with organizations that have experienced a traumatic incident and provides debriefings to help normalize the reaction to trauma and encourage employees to move forward in a healthy and supportive way.  She is described by clients as an empathetic, resourceful and understanding clinician.  Sarah has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master’s of Education in Counselling from the University of Ottawa and is a registered member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
