A safe place in the community where women who have experienced sexual violence can get free, confidential, and non-judgmental counselling and support. Kingston Interval House
Kingston Interval House offers safe, temporary, shelter for women alone or with their children. Priority is given to those who have been abused, or to those who fear they will be assaulted. If there is space, women and their children in housing crisis are accommodated.

KGH Sexual Assault/Domestic Violence Program
Kingston General Hospital’s SA/DV Program provides around the clock response for adults (16 years of age and older) who have experienced a sexual assault or domestic violence within the past 72 hours.
For Service go to the nearest hospital emergency department and ask for the “SA/DV Nurse on call.”

K3C Women’s Counselling Program
Counsellors to offer support to women dealing with past or present abuse from a boyfriend, husband, or male or female partner. The program provides a confidential, safe and supportive place where women can talk and explore their options. All services in the Women’s Counselling program are free.

North Rural Women’s Program, (of Land O’Lakes Community Services)
Offers confidential, supportive counselling to women who are experiencing or have experienced violence in their lives. Is primarily a moblie service with counsellors going to their clients. Provides referrals and emergency transportation to shelters and support groups. Offers court support and advocacy on behalf of women.
